There are many reasons it could be not working. Before sending it in for repair replace both fuses with the appropriate size for your charger. Not all blown fuses look blown so change them both even if they look good. If you are correctly grounded with no debris or damage to your fence and this still doesn't help then go ahead and send it to us for repair.

 Absolutely not. Cyclops Fence Chargers have the best built in lightning protection in the world. While others are cost reducing and removing parts, we are still beefing up our chargers and adding parts if needed to improve the lightning protection. No other fence charger can withstand lightning like ours. Each fence charger has at least 5000 Joules of lightning protection. 

You need 1 ground rod for every 4 joules of output power. The ground rods need to be 6 to 8 feet deep, and at least 10 feet apart.  

Our goal is to have a one day turn around time on all repairs you send in.

No, we are the manufacturer of Cyclops chargers. We sell to stores and distributors. Check your local feed store or search online. 

 Vegetation shouldn't be an issue with our chargers so long as your charger is properly sized. The pulse from the charger will eventually dry the weeds out, reducing the load on the fence.
